Creating Between Us

Purpose

Between Us is a dedication of sorts. A combination of writing and photography that is used to celebrate you, the subject, the focal point of this story.

Over the years, I’ve seen the transformative power of storytelling. I’ve witnessed how writing, specifically poetry, can be used to channel something greater than ourselves and individual experiences. I’ve felt the ways that photography can be used as a modality for healing.

My role here is to honour you. To hear you and the story that comes with you. To sit with it, to bear witness, to capture and to hold.

Offerings

  • Whether we’re creating for your brand or exploring a personal project, my role is to ensure your purpose for the shoot is honoured.

    I specialise in conceptual photography, favouring natural light and portraiture, capturing the story and emotion in subtle moments of expression and interaction with the natural environment.

  • I work with brands to shape and refine campaign concepts and digital strategy across websites and online platforms.

    Specifically, I write and edit long-form and short-form copy for websites, social media, and brand narratives.

    Grounded in immersive storytelling, I partner with brands that want to communicate with intention, impact, and emotion.

  • As both a photographer and a writer, I work with words and visuals to shape a cohesive story. You can choose either modality or bring them together as one offering.

    For those working on personal projects, I also offer creative writing and poetry as part of the shoot experience.
